Planning is underway for our Rotary Club’s

Biggest Annual Event

The Theme this year is GAMES.
Our boothwill feature Rotary Wheel of Fortune for a chanceto win a Wii (which we will

be usingto play "the wheel" on a 52" TV) and many other wonderful prizes. Tickets will
be $2 each. Our plans alsoinclude a premier food truck.

Of course,we needmany more prizes. If you or your companyare able to donate a
prize(s), please let us know as soonas possible. We will have sign up sheetsfor prizes,
walking the track, and staffing our gametent sostay tuned.

Eddie Fernandez andAlex Hernandez campedovernight with their families last year - join
the fun this year and camp out too. Another group of usrallied and stayedfor the entire

event walking the track, talking, and having a goodtime in our team tent throughout the
wee hours. Good thing we have coffee planned for all the overnighters.

Join in and help usmake this event the bestever fund raiser in our club's history.
