                                        Recipes for September


                                             Judy’s Bloody Mary Mix


                                                        Ingredients:
                                                        6 cups tomato juice

                                                        1 1/4 cups lime juice

                                                        1/2 Worcestershire sauce
                                                        4 dashes of hot sauce (Tabasco or similar)

                                                        1 tbsp kosher salt

                                                        1 tbsp prepared horseradish
                                                        cracked pepper
        Directions:



        Stir together first 6 ingredients.  Add cracked pepper to taste.
        Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 3 days.






                                                  September Pasta

                                                 Ingredients:

                                                 200g of your favorite type of pasta

                                                 1 red sweet pepper                  1 carrot
                                                 2 cloves of garlic                  2 handful of spinach
                                                 1 handful of cashew nuts            1/2 chili pepper

                                                 1/2 stalk of celery                 0.1 L soy cooking cream

                                                 curcuma                             thyme
                                                 salt and pepper


        Directions
        Chop the carrots, pepper and celery into sticks; garlic and hot pepper into small pieces; and spinach
        into large pieces.  Chop cashew nuts into halves or quarters.  Cook the pasta in salty water as
        directed on the box.  Use a little oil in a pan to fry the carrots for 3-4 minutes, add celery and peppers.
        Fry until slightly softened.  Add the garlic and chili pepper for an additional minute.  At the very end
        add spices, spinach, and cooking cream.  Sprinkle with cashew nuts and olive oil.  Salt to taste.
