We welcome visiting Rotarians from all over the world, year-round—so what are you waiting for?

Visit our Rotary Club in Orlando

Whether you are interested in joining our club—or visiting while staying in Orlando—we want to make it magical

We are excited that you are coming to our club. Here are some helpful instructions to make your visit more enjoyable:

  • Visiting Rotarians — You are welcome to attend any of our meetings. There is no club visit fee, but we encourage you to purchase breakfast at the Wyndham restaurant’s main entrance (Mezzanine Level). Doors open at 7:00 am, and you are welcome to arrive then to enjoy fellowship with arriving members.
  • Guest Speakers — If you are scheduled to speak, you will receive instructions prior to your visit. Please arrive no later than 7:15 am to ensure we can test your A/V material. If using a PowerPoint slide deck, bring your computer (must have a standard HDMI port) and a USB thumb drive with a backup file.
  • Prospective Members — If you were invited by a member of our club, that member will meet you on the day of your visit to introduce you to members and the Club President. Should you be referred by a Rotarian from another club, our Membership Chair will connect you with a Rotarian from our club.

Please know that we plan to meet every week of the year, but sometimes our club may skip a meeting during Independence Day, Christmas, or New Year’s, depending on when the holiday falls on the calendar. If you are planning to visit during the Holiday Season, contact us ahead of time to plan your visit.

Before Visiting Our Club

We are ready to make your visit magical and memorable

To visit our club, please know that there are no visitor fees, but we ask Visiting Rotarians to purchase their breakfast buffet once they arrive at the Wyndham’s Lakeview Restaurant. Please ask the cashier for a receipt and bring it to our check-in desk to sign in. Once checked in, enjoy fellowship with our members and visitors, and once the bell rings, expect the following:

  • Visitor Introductions — The Club Secretary or Treasurer will introduce visitors at the beginning of the meeting and ask each to come to the front of the room, where you will have a chance to exchange your Rotary Club banner and also receive our “Ears and Gear” club pin.
  • Happy Dollars — We enjoy the tradition of donating Happy Dollars to share news about you, your work, family, or Rotary Club. You are not obligated to participate unless you feel up to it.

Please use the Google Map on this page to help you locate the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa. If you are driving, please contact our Membership Chair at (407) XXX-XXXX to get details about where to park when you come to visit our club.
