We are the Happiest of Clubs in the Most Magical Place—and we’re waiting for you
The Rotary Club of Lake Buena Vista
Since 1972, the Rotary Club of Lake Buena Vista has been meeting in the most magical place in Orlando, Florida
For more than five decades, the Rotary Club of Lake Buena Vista has brought together business, civic, and community leaders who share a commitment to service, fellowship, and meaningful impact. Our last charter member, the honorable Garth Walker, passed away in 2025—but our members continue to follow in the footsteps of its founders.
This Rotary Club reflects the unique spirit of Lake Buena Vista, the geographical area where Walt Disney decided to build his first theme park in Florida. As a welcoming, diverse, and vibrant Rotary Club in Orlando, our members represent many professions, cultures, and backgrounds—all united by Rotary’s ideal of Service Above Self.
Lake Buena Vista is a stone’s throw from Orlando, in Orange County, Florida. We are part of Rotary District 6980, which covers five counties in Central Florida: Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, and Sumter. Our district is part of Rotary Zone 34, which includes Florida, Georgia, and the Western Caribbean.
Today, the Rotary Club of Lake Buena Vista continues to build on its legacy by supporting local and global service projects, strengthening community partnerships, and creating opportunities for members to make a difference through Service Above Self. We thrive on the energy of our members, their skills and experience, and of course, the magic that surrounds our amazing club’s meeting location.
Be part of something bigger than yourself, where you can let your Servant Leader spirit spread its wings to serve those in need—locally and around the world.
We meet every Thursday at 7:30 am at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort. Click here to explore our host location.
