Club Foundation

Our Rotary Club of Lake Buena Vista Foundation supports The Rotary Foundation but also has its own 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization in the State of Florida

The Rotary Club of Lake Buena Vista Foundation is a registered nonprofit in the State of Florida. This allows us to raise funds locally and help select organizations in the Central Florida area through our Annual Golf Tournament and other signature events. Organizations supported by our Rotary Club of Lake Buena Vista Foundation are evaluated and vetted by a separate board. Funds are distributed based on a variety of factors, including local representation and alignment with Rotary’s values and objectives.

Additionally, our support of The Rotary Foundation allows us to contribute to the global efforts that do good across Rotary’s 7 Areas of Focus. If you want to learn about the projects we log under each area, please visit our main Projects Page for more information and links to each initiative.

The opportunity to support local organizations is not solely based on funds. On many occasions, club members volunteer and participate in a variety of events for other organizations to support their causes. At the end of the day, we seek to contribute with our hearts and hands too—so that others can benefit from our Servant Leadership.
