                                    PUMPKIN PROTEIN SMOOTHIE


                                       1 Serving       5 minutes

                                     This Healthy Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie captures the warm and cozy flavors of fall while
                                     providing a good amount of protein for your nutritional needs. Feel free to adjust the
                                     ingredient quantities to match your dietary preferences and requirements. Enjoy the taste of
                                     autumn in a nutritious and delicious smoothie!

                                                                         INGREDIENTS


                                                                    1 scoop of vanilla or plain protein powder
                                                                    1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
                               Get your spook                       (unsweetened)
                                                                    1 medium ripe banana
                                     on with a                      1 cup unsweetened almond milk

                                                                    1 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend (or a mixture
