PUMPKIN PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

This Healthy Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie captures the warm and cozy flavors of fall while
providing a good amount of protein for your nutritional needs. Feel free to adjust the
ingredient quantities to match your dietary preferences and requirements. Enjoy the taste of
autumn in a nutritious and delicious smoothie!
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop of vanilla or plain protein powder
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
Get your spook (unsweetened)
1 medium ripe banana
on with a 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
protein-packed 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend (or a mixture
pumpkin of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger)
smoothie! It's 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Ice cubes (as needed)
